Help!!! I placed an order last night and I haven’t received my tracking info?

First, check your junk or spam folder for any email from MySexyStyles.com. Orders placed from Friday after 3pm Pacific Standard Time thru Sunday will not get shipped out until the following Monday. If you still have NOT received your tracking number by the following day, call us or email us at our Customer Service Department at 954-505-7869, so we can personally send your tracking info straight to your email.  

I placed an order using the standard mail; I need my order as soon as possible!!!

Please note that USPS post office mail is 3-Day shipping which means it will take up to 4 days maximum for you to receive your order. Keep in mind USPS does deliver on Saturdays. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping and Tax before processing you transaction for price quotes on Express which is a guaranteed shipping method. 

I placed an order over the weekend; I did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number.

Orders placed from Friday after 3pm Pacific Standard Time thru Sunday will not get shipped out until the following Monday. Tracking Information will be sent via Email after 3pm Pacific Standard Time. Although if you still have not received your tracking or confirmation via email within 48 hours from your purchase give our Customer Service Department a call at 954-505-7869, so we can manually send you tracking information.

What is the best shipping option I can choose, if I absolutely need my order tomorrow Morning?

Please note that USPS 2-Day Priority Mail does NOT guarantee shipment in 2 days. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping and Tax before checking out for price quotes on Next day or Second Day which is a guaranteed shipping method.  

Exchange/ Return

I paid regular price for items; can I exchange them if they do not fit?

Yes, if you would like to exchange the item for a different color or different size simply follow our exchange guidelines by clicking on this link http://www.mysexystyles.com/return-policy

Can I get a refund on SALE items?

No, as it states on our Return/Exchange Policy SALE items are FINAL SALE. We will NOT exchange, store credit or refund on SALE items. 

I did not know I ordered on sale Items, so I sent them back.

As it states in our Return Policy, we will charge and send back items that are Final Sale. Refusal of paying for shipping cost will result in keeping them on hold. Please take our Return/Exchange Policy into consideration before sending your returns.

How will I know if Items are on Sale?

The Sale category on our site is Final Sale items, as well as any items with a marked down price.

Can I get a Refund on an Item I just did not like?

No, we can give you an exchange or store credit on items returned to us in excellent condition within the 7 day return mark. Also keep in mind that YOU are responsible for shipping when returning an item to us.

I lost the original packaging to the items I want to return.

 No worries! In this case please send them neatly in the same condition you received it.  

Why my package was delivered back as undeliverable?

If USPS or UPS cannot ship your package they will send it back to our facility as undeliverable. It is your responsibility to put in the correct address for your items to be sent to. Make sure the address number, street name, zip code, apartment number (if any) is correctly submitted.

Wait I changed my mind; I want to send my order to my work address. Can I change the address even though it is shipped?

The best thing to do is to call our customer service number immediately.  However, as soon as the packages are shipped, it means it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, so we cannot make address changes. We recommend calling the shipment carrier to schedule a pick up from your nearest facility.

Ordering

Can I make an order in person OR on the phone?

No, we only take our orders directly from our site. Our Customer Service Department does NOT take phone orders.

Why does my order say processing?

When an order is in process it means it is getting ready to ship out. If there are issues regarding your payment method not going through or the shipping address is undeliverable.
