If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products on the clearance category, bodysuits, swimwear, dresses with panties and formal gowns, such as: any type of sequins and glitter, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
- You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
- In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange. If the item can be replaced for the same we will gladly send you a return label and exchange it at no cost to you.
- Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to My Sexy Styles as well as shipping it back to the customer. If the customer would like free shipping for the exchange, order must meet the $99 minimum Free Shipping and in the event that the package is refused by My Sexy Styles due to not meeting our return policy, an invoice for the $8.99 shipping fee will be emailed to the customer or the customer can choose to send us a return label.
- All exchanges must pay for their shipping fee.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- My Sexy Styles diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- Store Credit is valid only at MySexyStyles.com.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you lost your packing slip, you can download and print another one by clicking here. Fill out the form and include in your return package.
- If you can't send the packing slip, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
- Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your packing slip.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Please be careful of make-up, perfume, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 25% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
- International orders may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.
o ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
o Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.
o Store credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.
o Store credit can be used by entering it in the discount box at the checkout.
o Store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
o Store credit cannot be applied towards shipping charges, it is only valid on our products.
o DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE APPLIED AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT. Please contact us before placing order if you are experiencing any difficulties with discount code.
o If you place an order and hours later we launch a sale, we can not honor the new discount offer to orders placed prior to the sale.
o You may return your items by using the courier of your choice.
RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES:
o This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information (ie. apartment number), the courier is unable to deliver your package, or the package is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
o Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be charged a re-shipping fee of $8.99. If payment is not received within 10 business days, items will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit minus the 20% restocking fees.
o WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED IN OUR SYSTEM. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are critical to ensuring delivery.
o We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
