Refunds Terms and Conditions

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. In the event that the item / item size ordered is sold out, we'll contact the customer via phone and / or email to offer  other options and will hold the order open for up to 30 days. If you'd like to use a coupon code and don't know how to do it, please contact us via phone at 561-318-5232 or through one of our chat boxes and we'll be more than glad to walk you through placing your order with it, since after the order is placed coupon codes can not be applied and no changes or refunds can be made. Once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order or apply any coupon codes. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against My Sexy Styles. Furthermore, My Sexy Styles is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.

Product Availability

At My Sexy Styles we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a weekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their phone number and email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of any particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.


Items with a red note on the description stating that such item is pre-order means, that at the time of your purchase, they are in production and we will display on the description the estimated time of arrival at our warehouse and ship date of the item to the customer. In the case that you have multiple items in your order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives, should you want your in stock items to ship first and the pre-order item separate, please choose one of the paid shipping options since FREE Shipping is only available for one package or you can call our office for further help during business hours at 561-318-5232. Pre-order items may take up to 30 business days to be produced and shipped, but it’s guaranteed that you will be the first to get your hands on these hot items, as they may sell out while displaying “Pre-Order" on the description. After orders are placed for these items, customers agree to wait until items are shipped regardless of paid shipping option. We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. o Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $99 and over!

o Shipping for orders under $99 is $8.99 USD (Standard Shipping).

o All standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS.

o Shipping is $31 USD for Canada.

o Shipping is $31+ USD Internationally.

o Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

o Please note is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as Delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.


o Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.

o Any orders with Free & USPS Shipping may experience some delays. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited shipping options at checkout.

o International orders ship within 5-7 business days.

o These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre-Order items.
