Return Policy

At, we pride ourselves in extraordinary customer service and satisfaction.
If you’re not totally obsessed with your sexy style, you may send it back to us for store credit only within 30 days of delivery (as long as it’s not listed in exceptions below).
By placing an order at, you agree that when you receive your item and is not to your satisfaction, you will send it back at your own expense. We can provide return labels for $9.99.
In the event your item is damaged or defective (we're deeply sorry!) Please contact us at within 3 days from the date of delivery.



o does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or exchanges, if the item is available.

o You have 30 days after receipt date to return for store credit.

o Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

o All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.

o Please be careful of make-up, perfume, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

o Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. o Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o Intimates/Lingerie may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o Bodysuits may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o Swimwear bottoms may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o Slim Miracle Products may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o Last Chance and Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o International orders may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

o All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

o We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.




o Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.

o Store credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.

o Store credit can be used by entering it in the discount box at the checkout.

o Store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.

o Store credit cannot be applied towards shipping charges, it is only valid on our products.

o DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE APPLIED AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT. Please contact us before placing order if you are experiencing any difficulties with discount code.



o Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors.

o Print out our return exchange form. You can find it by clicking here. Fill out the form and include in your return package.

o You may return your items by using the courier of your choice. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as My Sexy Styles is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

o Once we receive your return, we will send you an email with your store credit code within 5-10 business days.



o This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information (ie. apartment number), the courier is unable to deliver your package, or the package is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

o Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be charged a re-shipping fee of $8.99. If payment is not received within 10 business days, items will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit minus the 20% restocking fees.

o WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED IN OUR SYSTEM. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are critical to ensuring delivery.

o We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
