Return Policy

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may send it back to us for store credit or a gift card for yourself or a loved one as long as it’s not clearance items. The store credit never expires. By placing an order at you agree that when you receive your item and is not to your satisfaction, you will send it back at your own expense for a store credit or gift card.


  • We only accept exchanges at this time. NO returns for full refunds.
  • In the case that you used a discount code and want to send the merchandise back for an exchange after the 15 days time frame and we accept your package, a 15% restock fee will be applied.

• Processing

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon code via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING, not shipping fees. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and plastic bag it was shipped inside.
  • Any merchandise on Clearance cannot be returned and IT’S FINAL SALE.
  • In the case that we receive back a package with an item purchased on clearance or after 15 days after the customer received it, package will be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
  • Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged the original shipping fee to re-ship. 
  • Please note that once package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any loss, theft or undeliverable packages. All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS and UPS.
  • Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept exchanges within 15 business days of receipt as long as they meet the Returns & Exchange Guidelines stated in our policy.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website
  • Accounts will be banned on the 3rd attempt to use the same store credit and will only accept an order for the same item in another size if in stock.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
